completion of the five day course, the operators will
know:
a) Their statutory duties under
the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
b) The safety precautions necessary to operate this
type of plant
c) The machine identification, terminology and daily
maintenance
d) The operational discipline of load movement to
include where applicable of ancillary attachments
e) Site the machine safely and effectively in relation
to the task
