Latchways Temporary Horizontal Lifeline

For use where permanent “Fall Arrest” systems are not appropriate. This horizontal lifeline system is both quick and easy to install whilst at the same time giving the worker horizontal mobility and protection from falling.

The Latchways system operates on 6 x 19 galvanised steel cable and comes complete including shackle fixings at each end. Maximum horizontal working distance 10m. Cable to be erected at least 1.2m above walkway. System to be used by a MAXIMUM of two workers at any one time, to be used in conjunction with a P+P full body harness and lightweight retractable fall arrester (maximum 5kg) or fall arrest lanyard providing there is sufficient free air space.
